BYNRIE will perform a 1-hour concert at the Saint Anthony Park Lutheran Church of traditional Irish music written and arranged by Sherry Ladig. Medleys of hornpipes, reels, and jigs contrast with sweet and melancholy airs. Instrumentation includes Irish bohdran and penny whistle in addition to mandolins, mandolas, guitars, and bass. The concert is free, but we gladly accept free-will donations and will host a silent auction to support future collaboration between Sherry Ladig and the Minnesota Mandolin Orchestra.
